Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: October 30, 2026
Jilbel Lab Inc. wants FillHour to be easy to use for everyone, including people with disabilities. This applies to fillhour.com, the deal pages customers open by scanning a FillHour QR code, and the shop app at business.fillhour.com.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites usable for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited movement, or have cognitive disabilities.
What we do
- Text and buttons have enough color contrast to be read easily, including small text.
- Every deal is available as a text list, not only on the map.
- Pages work with screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack, and with a keyboard.
- Pages work when you zoom in or use your phone's larger text settings.
- No account, app download or password is needed to see deals.
- We check our pages with automated accessibility tools when we make changes.
Known limits
- The map is a visual tool. Everything on it, including each shop's deals, address and directions, is also in the deal list.
- Deal photos and text are added by the shops. We ask shops to describe their deals clearly, but we cannot check every photo.
Tell us about a problem
If something on FillHour is hard to use, or you need a deal or other information in another format, email us at jilbellab@gmail.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We will reply within 5 business days and work to fix the problem or give you the information another way.
