Terms of Service

1. Overview

FillHour is a local deals platform operated by Jilbel Lab Inc. These Terms govern your use of FillHour, including fillhour.com, the shop app at business.fillhour.com and the FillHour QR codes displayed in shops (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Customer Services

As a customer, you can:

• Scan a shop's QR code: see deals from other shops nearby, as a list or on a map.
• Find deals near you: on fillhour.com, share your location or enter a city or ZIP code.
• Get directions to a shop and show the deal at the shop.
• Save deals to come back to later (requires Google Sign-In).
• Report a deal that is wrong, misleading or not honored.

3. Free Service

FillHour is free for customers. You are never charged for browsing, saving or using deals. Shops join for free and show their deals using views, which they earn when customers scan their QR code or can buy.

4. Deals Disclaimer

Deals are offered by the shops, not by FillHour. Each shop sets its own deals, prices, conditions and end dates, and is solely responsible for honoring them. Jilbel Lab Inc. is not a party to any purchase between you and a shop and does not guarantee that a deal is available, accurate, or honored, or that the goods or services meet your expectations. Please confirm the details with the shop. Distances and map locations are approximate.

5. Shops

Accounts. Shop owners sign in with Google, must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the shop, and keep their shop details accurate. Each shop has one account and one QR code.

Views. A shop earns a view when a customer's scan of its QR code is counted, and uses views when its deals are shown to customers. The rules are explained in the shop app's Help page and may change as the Service improves. Scans gained through bots, scripts or repeated scanning do not count, and views gained through misuse may be removed.

Deals and photos. By posting a deal or photo, you confirm that the deal is real, clearly described and honored as posted until it ends or you pause it; that your content is lawful and not misleading or offensive; and that you own or have the right to use it. Jilbel Lab Inc. may display, resize and distribute your shop details, deals and photos on the Service and on social media to promote FillHour.

Moderation. We review new and edited deals and reported deals. We may pause or remove any deal or photo that violates these Terms, send warnings, and lock or delete accounts. A shop that receives three warnings may be locked automatically.

Buying views. Views are paid in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout and do not expire. Views have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law; if a payment is refunded or reversed, the views it added may be removed. Unused views end when an account is deleted. We may change prices for future purchases.

No guaranteed outcome. FillHour does not guarantee any number of scans, views, customers or sales.

6. Account & Acceptable Use

• Customers do not need an account. Google Sign-In is only needed to save deals.
• You may not use the Service for illegal activities or to post false or misleading deals.
• You may not create fake scans or views, or use automated tools to scrape deals or shop information.
• You may not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or to platform systems, or get around its limits.

7. Intellectual Property

• The FillHour platform, software, name, logo and design are owned by Jilbel Lab Inc.
• Shops keep ownership of their deals and photos. Bulk copying or redistribution of FillHour data is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

FillHour is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jilbel Lab Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, deals that are unavailable or not honored, or service interruptions, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. You agree to hold Jilbel Lab Inc. harmless from claims arising from deals or content you post.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including outages of third-party cloud, hosting, map or payment providers, natural disasters, or internet service failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days by contacting support@fillhour.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Greene County, NY, in accordance with AAA rules, and you waive the right to take part in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@fillhour.com within 30 days of first use.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
